Nepali Congress (NC)’s student wing, Nepal Student Union, has demanded immediate arrangements for rendering relief to Nepali students at home and abroad.
Issuing a press release today, NSU President Rajib Dhungana called for the government and Nepali embassies to immediately arrange relief packages for the Nepali students who are stranded without access to food amidst the lockdown at home and abroad. "We urge the authorities concerned to lay emphasis on relief distribution to the students living in different places at home and abroad in course of their study", the release reads.
NSU general-secretary Deepak Bhattarai urged the government to lay high emphasis on distributing relief packages to the students and daily wagers.
