UK educational fair attracts students

Around 700 students have received free of cost consultation in the international education fair known to be SI-UK today.

The fair, organized by SI-UK Nepal, has attracted more than expected number of students, informed Executive Director of the hsot organization, Binaya Adhikari. He noted that the fair has offered opportunities to Nepali students to have direct consultation with the representatives of UK universities.

The students attending the fair were provided with online form. On the occasion, the attendees were also informed about educational system, scholarship, post-study job placement and lifestyle in the United Kingdom.

According to SI-UK, as many as 32,000 Nepali students had obtained enrollment in the universities of the United Kingdom.

Inaugurating the fair, former Minister of State for Udaya Shumsher Rana said the fair has offered opportunity for the students to access information about education of international standards.

The SI-UK has expanded its network in 23 countries and is collaborating with 120 universities across the globe.
