The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City, Banke District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City had foundation as mud bonded with total number of 16,559 (65.78%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 10,135 (61.21%) houses. Rest of house foundations were rcc piller (2,922), other types or except listed here (2,016) and wooden piller (1,486). With respect to the house wall, most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 14,919 (54.39 %) houses, while second most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 8,371 (30.52%) houses. Remaining houses had other types or except listed here (2,438), unbaked brick (705) and wood planks (519) wall. Similarly, there were 18,168 (66.34%) houses that had roof type as rcc followed by 4,332 (15.82%) houses having roof type as tile. Rest of houses had roof type as thatch (2,415), galvanized (2,175), wood (212) and other types or except listed here (85). In total, 15,551 (56.26%) houses had flush toilet while 8,761 (31.70%) houses had no toilet and 3,329 (12.04%) had ordinary toilet.
