House Design Ratios Piechart of Marin Rural Municipality, Sindhuli District (2011 Census)

The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Marin Rural Municipality, Sindhuli District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Marin Rural Municipality had foundation as wooden piller with total number of 3,566 (98.74%) houses, while foundation having mud bonded were 1,286 (36.06%) houses. Rest of house foundations were cement bonded (34) and rcc piller (11). With respect to the house wall, most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 2,041 (42.08 %) houses, while second most houses had wood planks wall with total number of 1,774 (36.58%) houses. Remaining houses had bamboo (823), cement bonded (172) and other types or except listed here (39) wall. Similarly, there were 3,018 (62.27%) houses that had roof type as tile followed by 1,328 (27.40%) houses having roof type as thatch. Rest of houses had roof type as galvanized (457), wood (20), other types or except listed here (13) and rcc (11). In total, 4,203 (86.59%) houses had no toilet while 483 (9.95%) houses had flush toilet and 168 (3.46%) had ordinary toilet.
