The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Mandavi Rural Municipality, Pyuthan District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Mandavi Rural Municipality had foundation as mud bonded with total number of 103 (2,845.63%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 44 (42.72%) houses. Rest of house foundations were rcc piller (35) and wooden piller (24). With respect to the house wall, most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 2,921 (96.28 %) houses, while second most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 76 (2.50%) houses. Remaining houses had bamboo (24), wood planks (8) and other types or except listed here (4) wall. Similarly, there were 1,767 (58.26%) houses that had roof type as thatch followed by 1,018 (33.56%) houses having roof type as galvanized. Rest of houses had roof type as tile (195), rcc (51) and other types or except listed here (2). In total, 1,677 (55.00%) houses had no toilet while 898 (29.45%) houses had flush toilet and 474 (15.55%) had ordinary toilet.
