The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Krishnanagar Municipality, Kapilvastu District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Krishnanagar Municipality had foundation as mud bonded with total number of 4,352 (89.06%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 2,899 (66.61%) houses. Rest of house foundations were wooden piller (1,166), rcc piller (250) and other types or except listed here (37). With respect to the house wall, most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 3,964 (48.26 %) houses, while second most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 2,977 (36.25%) houses. Remaining houses had bamboo (779), wood planks (250) and other types or except listed here (126) wall. Similarly, there were 5,937 (72.37%) houses that had roof type as rcc followed by 1,885 (22.98%) houses having roof type as thatch. Rest of houses had roof type as tile (169), wood (106), galvanized (96) and other types or except listed here (11). In total, 6,781 (80.96%) houses had no toilet while 1,154 (13.78%) houses had flush toilet and 441 (5.27%) had ordinary toilet. Just to clarify that, the data that was not stated or information about the people who did not stated what types of house designs they had are not illustrated in the pie chart and are not analyzed here.
