The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Kharpunath Rural Municipality, Humla District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, all houses in Kharpunath Rural Municipality had foundations as mud bonded with total number of 0 (inf%). With respect to the house wall, most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 1,130 (99.91 %) houses, while second most houses had other types or except listed here wall with total number of 1 (0.09%) houses. Similarly, there were 1,105 (97.70%) houses that had roof type as mud followed by 10 (0.88%) houses having roof type as galvanized. Rest of houses had roof type as wood (6), tile (5), thatch (3) and rcc (2). In total, 569 (50.31%) houses had no toilet while 351 (31.03%) houses had flush toilet and 211 (18.66%) had ordinary toilet.
