House Design Ratios Piechart of Haldibari Rural Municipality, Jhapa District (2011 Census)

The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Haldibari Rural Municipality, Jhapa District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Haldibari Rural Municipality had foundation as wooden piller with total number of 6,286 (66.05%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 1,172 (18.64%) houses. Rest of house foundations were other types or except listed here (562), rcc piller (400) and mud bonded (112). With respect to the house wall, most houses had bamboo wall with total number of 3,909 (61.10 %) houses, while second most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 1,427 (22.30%) houses. Remaining houses had wood planks (677), other types or except listed here (285) and mud bonded (90) wall. Similarly, there were 5,173 (80.90%) houses that had roof type as galvanized followed by 898 (14.04%) houses having roof type as thatch. Rest of houses had roof type as rcc (256), wood (27), tile (22) and other types or except listed here (18). In total, 2,402 (37.53%) houses had ordinary toilet while 2,181 (34.07%) houses had flush toilet and 1,818 (28.40%) had no toilet.
