House Design Ratios Piechart of Duduwa Rural Municipality, Banke District (2011 Census)

The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Duduwa Rural Municipality, Banke District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Duduwa Rural Municipality had foundation as wooden piller with total number of 4,138 (60.15%) houses, while foundation having mud bonded were 2,418 (58.43%) houses. Rest of house foundations were other types or except listed here (1,090), cement bonded (488) and rcc piller (71). With respect to the house wall, most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 2,096 (31.98 %) houses, while second most houses had other types or except listed here wall with total number of 1,841 (28.09%) houses. Remaining houses had bamboo (1,103), cement bonded (753) and wood planks (421) wall. Similarly, there were 2,624 (40.13%) houses that had roof type as thatch followed by 2,167 (33.14%) houses having roof type as tile. Rest of houses had roof type as rcc (1,161), galvanized (517), wood (60) and other types or except listed here (9). In total, 5,464 (83.17%) houses had no toilet while 684 (10.41%) houses had ordinary toilet and 422 (6.42%) had flush toilet. Just to clarify that, the data that was not stated or information about the people who did not stated what types of house designs they had are not illustrated in the pie chart and are not analyzed here.
