The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Chhabispathivera Rural Municipality, Bajhang District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Chhabispathivera Rural Municipality had foundation as mud bonded with total number of 19 (15,273.68%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 12 (63.16%) houses. Rest of house foundation was wooden piller (7). With respect to the house wall, most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 2,856 (97.84 %) houses, while second most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 56 (1.92%) houses. Remaining houses had wood planks (6) and other types or except listed here (1) wall. Similarly, there were 1,535 (52.64%) houses that had roof type as thatch followed by 852 (29.22%) houses having roof type as tile. Rest of houses had roof type as galvanized (451), rcc (75), mud (1), other types or except listed here (1) and wood (1). In total, 1,588 (54.16%) houses had no toilet while 822 (28.04%) houses had ordinary toilet and 522 (17.80%) had flush toilet.
