The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Bishnupur Rural Municipality, Saptari District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Bishnupur Rural Municipality had foundation as wooden piller with total number of 4,005 (64.14%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 688 (17.18%) houses. Rest of house foundations were other types or except listed here (647), mud bonded (323) and rcc piller (101). With respect to the house wall, most houses had bamboo wall with total number of 3,122 (72.18 %) houses, while second most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 710 (16.42%) houses. Remaining houses had mud bonded (235), other types or except listed here (165) and unbaked brick (54) wall. Similarly, there were 2,646 (61.05%) houses that had roof type as thatch followed by 791 (18.25%) houses having roof type as galvanized. Rest of houses had roof type as tile (476), rcc (401), wood (12) and other types or except listed here (8). In total, 3,759 (86.71%) houses had no toilet while 370 (8.54%) houses had flush toilet and 206 (4.75%) had ordinary toilet.
