House Design Ratios Piechart of Baijanath Rural Municipality, Banke District (2011 Census)

The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Baijanath Rural Municipality, Banke District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Baijanath Rural Municipality had foundation as mud bonded with total number of 6,471 (70.34%) houses, while foundation having other types or except listed here were 3,614 (55.85%) houses. Rest of house foundations were cement bonded (1,468), wooden piller (1,178) and rcc piller (211). With respect to the house wall, most houses had unbaked brick wall with total number of 3,155 (28.70 %) houses, while second most houses had other types or except listed here wall with total number of 2,914 (26.51%) houses. Remaining houses had mud bonded (2,657), cement bonded (1,857) and wood planks (247) wall. Similarly, there were 7,013 (63.64%) houses that had roof type as tile followed by 1,945 (17.65%) houses having roof type as rcc. Rest of houses had roof type as galvanized (1,122), thatch (885), other types or except listed here (31) and wood (23). In total, 5,468 (49.52%) houses had no toilet while 2,869 (25.98%) houses had flush toilet and 2,704 (24.49%) had ordinary toilet. Just to clarify that, the data that was not stated or information about the people who did not stated what types of house designs they had are not illustrated in the pie chart and are not analyzed here.
