The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Aurahi Rural Municipality, Siraha District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Aurahi Rural Municipality had foundation as wooden piller with total number of 3,864 (82.09%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 635 (16.43%) houses. Rest of house foundations were mud bonded (116), rcc piller (46) and other types or except listed here (11). With respect to the house wall, most houses had bamboo wall with total number of 3,002 (75.77 %) houses, while second most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 663 (16.73%) houses. Remaining houses had wood planks (233), mud bonded (56) and unbaked brick (8) wall. Similarly, there were 2,626 (63.22%) houses that had roof type as thatch followed by 797 (19.19%) houses having roof type as tile. Rest of houses had roof type as rcc (414), galvanized (285), wood (28) and other types or except listed here (4). In total, 3,821 (91.46%) houses had no toilet while 241 (5.77%) houses had flush toilet and 116 (2.78%) had ordinary toilet. Just to clarify that, the data that was not stated or information about the people who did not stated what types of house designs they had are not illustrated in the pie chart and are not analyzed here.
