Swamikartik Khapar has total 5 wards, which are scattered across 111 square kilometers of geographical area. According to 2011 Census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Swamikartik Khapar Rural Municipality had total population of 12,784.

There were only 5,620 people fully literate in Swamikartik Khapar Rural Municipality as of 2011 who were able to both read and write, while 294 people were able to read but not write.
