Solududhkunda is a Municipality, which is located in Solukhumbu district, Province No. 1 of Nepal. Solududhkunda has total 11 wards, which are scattered across 538 square kilometers of geographical area. According to 2011 Census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Solududhkunda Municipality had total population of 20,399.
Wardwise Population and Households
As per 2011 population census, Solududhkunda Municipality had total 20,399 population with 9,627 males and 10,772 females. Out of total wards, ward number 8 had the largest population 3,602, while ward number 3 had least number of population with 3,602.
With respect to number of households, Solududhkunda Municipality had total 4,980 households. The ward number 8 had most households with total 873, while ward number 3 had least number of households with total 240 number of households.

There were only 12,464 people fully literate in Solududhkunda Municipality as of 2011 who were able to both read and write, while 489 people were able to read but not write. In percentage while compared to genderwise population, there were inf percent of male were literate, while the percentage of female literacy was inf only.The literacy ratio between male and female population was nan.
Out of total 6,249 population between the age of 5 and 25 as of 2011 in Solududhkunda Municipality, total 3,109 males and 3,140 females were attending the school. Same as, out of total 2,479 population of the same age group who were not attending the school, total 1,024 male and 1,455 female were not attending teh school. Out of total 4980 households in Solududhkunda Municipality, there were 4,664 houses that were founded on mud bonded while 10 houses were cement bonded. Same as, 8 households were reported of being founded on RCC piller, 270houses were founded on wood.
With respect to wall of the houses, 4,507 houses were mud bonded, 33 houses were cement bonded, 382 houses were wood planks bonded, 16 houses were bamboo bonded and 14 houses had unbaked bricks on their outer walls.Rest of the houses were reported of having other types of outer wall, while some of them reported nothing of having the outer wall bonding.

out of 4,980 households in Solududhkunda Municipality, 580 houses reported of having no any facility in their household while 4,346 households reported of using at least one facility. Economic Census
According to 2018 Economic Census, there are total 911 establishments in Solududhkunda Municipality that are involved in various economic activities. In those establishments, total 3,333 persons are engaged for the economic activities, as a self-employed or an employee, with total male engagement of 1,951 and female engagement of 1,382 persons.In every business, there were an average of 3.66 people engaged with average males are 2.14 and females are 1.52. The ratio of male to female engagement in the establishments are 1.41, which means as many as 1.41 males are enagement in the economic activities per female.
Similarly, the engagement of males were 58.54 percent while the females are 41.46 percent.
