Out of total 3166 households in Parwanipur Rural Municipality, there were 86 houses that were founded on mud bonded while 1,621 houses were cement bonded. Same as, 35 households were reported of being founded on RCC piller, 1,355houses were founded on wood.
With respect to wall of the houses, 60 houses were mud bonded, 1,650 houses were cement bonded, 78 houses were wood planks bonded, 1,203 houses were bamboo bonded and 7 houses had unbaked bricks on their outer walls.Rest of the houses were reported of having other types of outer wall, while some of them reported nothing of having the outer wall bonding.

out of 3,166 households in Parwanipur Rural Municipality, 203 houses reported of having no any facility in their household while 2,900 households reported of using at least one facility. The ratio of male to female engagement in the establishments are 7.76, which means as many as 7.76 males are enagement in the economic activities per female.
