Mandandeupur is a Municipality, which is located in Kavrepalanchok district, Province No. 3 of Nepal. Mandandeupur has total 12 wards, which are scattered across 89 square kilometers of geographical area. According to 2011 Census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Mandandeupur Municipality had total population of 32,659.

As per 2011 population census, Mandandeupur Municipality had total 32,659 population with 15,320 males and 17,339 females. Out of total wards, ward number 10 had the largest population 3,265, while ward number 4 had least number of population with 3,265.

Out of total 7328 households in Mandandeupur Municipality, there were 6,896 houses that were founded on mud bonded while 190 houses were cement bonded. Same as, 187 households were reported of being founded on RCC piller, 17houses were founded on wood.
With respect to wall of the houses, 6,836 houses were mud bonded, 408 houses were cement bonded, 19 houses were wood planks bonded, 12 houses were bamboo bonded and 0 houses had unbaked bricks on their outer walls.Rest of the houses were reported of having other types of outer wall, while some of them reported nothing of having the outer wall bonding.
