Lisankhu Pakhar is a Rural Municipality, which is located in Sindhupalchok district, Province No. 3 of Nepal. Lisankhu Pakhar has total 7 wards, which are scattered across 99 square kilometers of geographical area. According to 2011 Census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality had total population of 15,155.

As per 2011 population census, Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality had total 15,133 population with 7,101 males and 8,032 females. Out of total wards, ward number 7 had the largest population 2,909, while ward number 6 had least number of population with 2,909.

There were only 9,412 people fully literate in Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality as of 2011 who were able to both read and write, while 401 people were able to read but not write. In percentage while compared to genderwise population, there were inf percent of male were literate, while the percentage of female literacy was inf only.The literacy ratio between male and female population was nan.
Out of total 4,389 population between the age of 5 and 25 as of 2011 in Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality, total 2,123 males and 2,266 females were attending the school. Population by Language Spoken
Mostly spoken language in Lisankhu Pakhar is Tamang, which is spoken by 8,291 people. The Lisankhu Pakhar has people who speak other languages, such as Nepali, Newar, Maithili, Gurung, etc.

Out of total 3680 households in Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality, there were 3,527 houses that were founded on mud bonded while 113 houses were cement bonded. Same as, 9 households were reported of being founded on RCC piller, 12houses were founded on wood.
With respect to wall of the houses, 3,478 houses were mud bonded, 155 houses were cement bonded, 10 houses were wood planks bonded, 2 houses were bamboo bonded and 1 houses had unbaked bricks on their outer walls.Rest of the houses were reported of having other types of outer wall, while some of them reported nothing of having the outer wall bonding.

In those establishments, total 1,875 persons are engaged for the economic activities, as a self-employed or an employee, with total male engagement of 913 and female engagement of 962 persons.In every business, there were an average of 3.79 people engaged with average males are 1.84 and females are 1.94. The ratio of male to female engagement in the establishments are 0.95, which means as many as 0.95 males are enagement in the economic activities per female.
Similarly, the engagement of males were 48.69 percent while the females are 51.31 percent.
