Konjyosom is a Rural Municipality, which is located in Lalitpur district, Province No. 3 of Nepal. Konjyosom has total 5 wards, which are scattered across 44 square kilometers of geographical area. According to 2011 Census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Konjyosom Rural Municipality had total population of 9,709.
Wardwise Population and Households
As per 2011 population census, Konjyosom Rural Municipality had total 9,709 population with 4,596 males and 5,113 females. Out of total wards, ward number 2 had the largest population 2,277, while ward number 3 had least number of population with 2,277.
With respect to number of households, Konjyosom Rural Municipality had total 2,001 households. The ward number 2 had most households with total 462, while ward number 3 had least number of households with total 269 number of households.

In terms of age, the largest population in Konjyosom Rural Municipality were between 10 and 14 years of age with total 1,380. Gender wise, there were 707 males and 673 females of the same age group. The least populated age group was between 70 and 74 with total 123 population, which consistes of 57 males and 66 females. Literacy, Education Levels & Schooling
There were only 5,278 people fully literate in Konjyosom Rural Municipality as of 2011 who were able to both read and write, while 475 people were able to read but not write. In percentage while compared to genderwise population, there were inf percent of male were literate, while the percentage of female literacy was inf only.The literacy ratio between male and female population was nan.
Out of total 2,761 population between the age of 5 and 25 as of 2011 in Konjyosom Rural Municipality, total 1,384 males and 1,377 females were attending the school. Same as, out of total 1,328 population of the same age group who were not attending the school, total 533 male and 795 female were not attending teh school. According to Nepal Government records as of 2017, there were total 4,253 in Konjyosom Rural Municipality with 2,049 (48.18%) of males and 2,204 (51.82%) females. There were total 19 schools. In average, 224 students were studying in each school.

Population by Language Spoken
Mostly spoken language in Konjyosom is Tamang, which is spoken by 7,286 people. The Konjyosom has people who speak other languages, such as Nepali, Magar, Pahari, Newar, etc.

According to 2011 census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Konjyosom Rural Municipality was inhabitted by mostly the people of Tamang caste with total population of 7,357. There were as little as Damai/Dholi caste with population of as little as 12 in total. People of several other castes who live in Konjyosom are Brahmin - Hill, Chhetri, Magar, Newar, Pahari, Kami, Sunuwar, Damai/Dholi, etc. Only the population of castes with above 1,000 population are illustrated in the table.

Out of total 2001 households in Konjyosom Rural Municipality, there were 1,959 houses that were founded on mud bonded while 15 houses were cement bonded. Same as, 2 households were reported of being founded on RCC piller, 4houses were founded on wood.
With respect to wall of the houses, 1,938 houses were mud bonded, 28 houses were cement bonded, 10 houses were wood planks bonded, 4 houses were bamboo bonded and 0 houses had unbaked bricks on their outer walls.Rest of the houses were reported of having other types of outer wall, while some of them reported nothing of having the outer wall bonding.

out of 2,001 households in Konjyosom Rural Municipality, 326 houses reported of having no any facility in their household while 1,610 households reported of using at least one facility. Economic Census
According to 2018 Economic Census, there are total 326 establishments in Konjyosom Rural Municipality that are involved in various economic activities. In those establishments, total 1,604 persons are engaged for the economic activities, as a self-employed or an employee, with total male engagement of 750 and female engagement of 854 persons.In every business, there were an average of 4.92 people engaged with average males are 2.30 and females are 2.62. The ratio of male to female engagement in the establishments are 0.88, which means as many as 0.88 males are enagement in the economic activities per female.
Similarly, the engagement of males were 46.76 percent while the females are 53.24 percent.
