Internal Administration Directory Rules, 2028 (1971)

The Government of Nepal, having exercised the power conferred by Section 2 of the Administrative Procedure (Regulations) Act, 2013 (1956) has enacted the following Rules.
1. (1) These Rules may be called the ” Internal Administration Directory Rules, 2028 (1971)”.
(2) These Rules shall come into force in the form of date and government office prescribed by the Government of Nepal by publishing notice in the Nepal  Gazette.
2. Coming in to force of the internal Administration Directory: In the office here these Rules are come into force, the function should be accomplished and got accomplished subject to the Internal Administration Directory approved by the  Government of Nepal.
3. Repeal: The Secretariat Procedure Implementation Rules, 2015 (1958) shall not be effective in the governmental office where these Rules come into force.
