Bheerkot is a Municipality, which is located in Syangja district, Gandaki Province of Nepal. Bheerkot has total 9 wards, which are scattered across 78 square kilometers of geographical area. According to 2011 Census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Bheerkot Municipality had total population of 25,583.
Wardwise Population and Households
As per 2011 population census, Bheerkot Municipality had total 25,583 population with 10,984 males and 14,599 females. Out of total wards, ward number 8 had the largest population 3,666, while ward number 4 had least number of population with 3,666.
With respect to number of households, Bheerkot Municipality had total 6,083 households. The ward number 1 had most households with total 961, while ward number 4 had least number of households with total 322 number of households.
As illustrated in the chart, the ratio of male to female population was 0.75, which indicates that Bheerkot Municipality had 25 percent lower males as compared to the females. Same as, the population to household ratio was 4.21, which means that in average 4.21 family members lived in each household.

Literacy, Education Levels & Schooling
There were only 18,050 people fully literate in Bheerkot Municipality as of 2011 who were able to both read and write, while 303 people were able to read but not write. In percentage while compared to genderwise population, there were inf percent of male were literate, while the percentage of female literacy was inf only.The literacy ratio between male and female population was nan.
Out of total 7,715 population between the age of 5 and 25 as of 2011 in Bheerkot Municipality, total 3,759 males and 3,956 females were attending the school. Same as, out of total 2,047 population of the same age group who were not attending the school, total 658 male and 1,389 female were not attending teh school. The ratio of male and female who were going to school was 0.95 while the ratio for those who were not attending the school was 0.47.The CBS census also states that 78 males and 116 females did not state whether they were attending school or not.

According to Nepal Government records as of 2017, there were total 4,912 in Bheerkot Municipality with 2,425 (49.37%) of males and 2,487 (50.63%) females. There were total 62 schools. In average, 79 students were studying in each school.

Population by Language Spoken
Mostly spoken language in Bheerkot is Nepali, which is spoken by 20,042 people. The Bheerkot has people who speak other languages, such as Gurung, Magar, Urdu, Newar, Bhujel, Tharu, etc.

There were as little as Tharu caste with population of as little as 12 in total. People of several other castes who live in Bheerkot are Brahmin - Hill, Gurung, Magar, Kami, Sarki, Newar, Thakuri, Damai/Dholi, Muslim, Gharti/Bhujel, Majhi, Sanyasi/Dashnami, Khawas, Gaine, Tharu, etc. Only the population of castes with above 1,000 population are illustrated in the table.

Household Foundation
Out of total 6083 households in Bheerkot Municipality, there were 5,105 houses that were founded on mud bonded while 459 houses were cement bonded. Same as, 470 households were reported of being founded on RCC piller, 24houses were founded on wood.
With respect to wall of the houses, 4,938 houses were mud bonded, 1,081 houses were cement bonded, 8 houses were wood planks bonded, 31 houses were bamboo bonded and 1 houses had unbaked bricks on their outer walls.Rest of the houses were reported of having other types of outer wall, while some of them reported nothing of having the outer wall bonding.
There were several types of house roofs reported. Total 1,008 houses were reported of having thatch roofs while 4,128 houses had galvanized roofs. Similarly, 44 houses had roof of tile, 869 houses had RCC roofs, 0 houses had roof of woods while 2 houses were reported having roof of mud. As per 2011 CBS census, some of the houses had other types of roofs while some didn't report about the roof structure.
With respect to the toilets, 452 out of 6,083 houses didn't report of having a private toilet for their households. Nevertheless, 2,800 houses were reported of having flush toilet while 2,817 houses reported having ordinary toilets.

With reference to source of fuel, 4,866 households reported their source of fuel as firewood while 34 households had kerosene as their fuel source. The LP gas was used by 914 households as a source of fuel. Moreover, other sources of fuel were cow dung (2), bio-gas (208), fuel electricity (44), etc.
Same as, total 4,969 households had reported of having electricity as the source of their household's lighting. The households still using kerosene as source of light were 832, while 244 households used solar energy as source of lights. Total 0 households also reported of using bio-gas as a source of light. The ratio of use of electricity as compared to other source of light was 0.82.

out of 6,083 households in Bheerkot Municipality, 390 houses reported of having no any facility in their household while 5,504 households reported of using at least one facility. Economic Census
According to 2018 Economic Census, there are total 693 establishments in Bheerkot Municipality that are involved in various economic activities. In those establishments, total 2,014 persons are engaged for the economic activities, as a self-employed or an employee, with total male engagement of 1,040 and female engagement of 974 persons.In every business, there were an average of 2.91 people engaged with average males are 1.50 and females are 1.41. The ratio of male to female engagement in the establishments are 1.07, which means as many as 1.07 males are enagement in the economic activities per female.
Similarly, the engagement of males were 51.64 percent while the females are 48.36 percent.
