The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Paterwa Sugauli Rural Municipality, Parsa District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Paterwa Sugauli Rural Municipality had foundation as wooden piller with total number of 3,956 (88.62%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 386 (9.76%) houses. Rest of house foundations were rcc piller (63), mud bonded (17) and other types or except listed here (1). With respect to the house wall, most houses had bamboo wall with total number of 3,291 (82.85 %) houses, while second most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 427 (10.75%) houses. Remaining houses had other types or except listed here (156), wood planks (74) and mud bonded (18) wall. Similarly, there were 2,796 (70.43%) houses that had roof type as tile followed by 799 (20.13%) houses having roof type as thatch. Rest of houses had roof type as rcc (282), galvanized (79), wood (12) and other types or except listed here (2). In total, 3,599 (90.61%) houses had no toilet while 208 (5.24%) houses had ordinary toilet and 165 (4.15%) had flush toilet.
