The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Rawa Besi Rural Municipality, Khotang District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Rawa Besi Rural Municipality had foundation as mud bonded with total number of 26 (10,576.92%) houses, while foundation having wooden piller were 19 (73.08%) houses. Rest of house foundations were cement bonded (4) and other types or except listed here (3). With respect to the house wall, most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 2,730 (98.38 %) houses, while second most houses had bamboo wall with total number of 35 (1.26%) houses. Remaining houses had cement bonded (5), wood planks (3) and other types or except listed here (1) wall. Similarly, there were 2,578 (93.07%) houses that had roof type as thatch followed by 178 (6.43%) houses having roof type as galvanized. Rest of houses had roof type as other types or except listed here (8), tile (3) and wood (3). In total, 1,430 (51.35%) houses had ordinary toilet while 904 (32.46%) houses had no toilet and 451 (16.19%) had flush toilet.
