The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Apihimal Rural Municipality, Darchula District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Apihimal Rural Municipality had foundation as mud bonded with total number of 4 (27,000.00%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 3 (75.00%) houses. Rest of house foundation was wooden piller (1). With respect to the house wall, most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 1,065 (98.25 %) houses, while second most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 17 (1.57%) houses. Remaining houses had bamboo (1) and wood planks (1) wall. Similarly, there were 1,046 (96.49%) houses that had roof type as tile followed by 20 (1.85%) houses having roof type as thatch. Rest of houses had roof type as galvanized (17) and mud (1). In total, 497 (45.89%) houses had flush toilet while 445 (41.09%) houses had no toilet and 141 (13.02%) had ordinary toilet.
