Sani Bheri is a Rural Municipality, which is located in Rukum_W district, Karnali Province of Nepal. Sani Bheri has total 11 wards, which are scattered across 134 square kilometers of geographical area. According to 2011 Census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Sani Bheri Rural Municipality had total population of 22,194.
Wardwise Population and Households
As per 2011 population census, Sani Bheri Rural Municipality had total 22,194 population with 10,533 males and 11,661 females. Out of total wards, ward number 3 had the largest population 3,333, while ward number 6 had least number of population with 3,333.
With respect to number of households, Sani Bheri Rural Municipality had total 4,129 households. The ward number 3 had most households with total 631, while ward number 6 had least number of households with total 216 number of households.

However, gender wise largest population age group differs from the total population, such as largest male population falls between 10 and 14 with total 1,731 while female population falls between 5 and 9 with total 1,830 population. There were only 11,924 people fully literate in Sani Bheri Rural Municipality as of 2011 who were able to both read and write, while 733 people were able to read but not write. In percentage while compared to genderwise population, there were inf percent of male were literate, while the percentage of female literacy was inf only.The literacy ratio between male and female population was nan.
Out of total 8,281 population between the age of 5 and 25 as of 2011 in Sani Bheri Rural Municipality, total 3,991 males and 4,290 females were attending the school. Same as, out of total 2,355 population of the same age group who were not attending the school, total 925 male and 1,430 female were not attending teh school. The ratio of male and female who were going to school was 0.93 while the ratio for those who were not attending the school was 0.65.The CBS census also states that 115 males and 175 females did not state whether they were attending school or not.

According to Nepal Government records as of 2017, there were total 9,340 in Sani Bheri Rural Municipality with 4,565 (48.88%) of males and 4,775 (51.12%) females. There were total 49 schools. In average, 191 students were studying in each school.

There were as little as Terai Others caste with population of as little as 16 in total. People of several other castes who live in Sani Bheri are Magar, Kami, Damai/Dholi, Thakuri, Sarki, Brahmin - Hill, Sonar, Terai Others, etc. Only the population of castes with above 1,000 population are illustrated in the table.

Household Foundation
Out of total 4129 households in Sani Bheri Rural Municipality, there were 4,088 houses that were founded on mud bonded while 9 houses were cement bonded. Same as, 0 households were reported of being founded on RCC piller, 6houses were founded on wood.
With respect to wall of the houses, 4,061 houses were mud bonded, 22 houses were cement bonded, 18 houses were wood planks bonded, 3 houses were bamboo bonded and 0 houses had unbaked bricks on their outer walls.Rest of the houses were reported of having other types of outer wall, while some of them reported nothing of having the outer wall bonding.
There were several types of house roofs reported. Total 1,352 houses were reported of having thatch roofs while 93 houses had galvanized roofs. Similarly, 2,649 houses had roof of tile, 1 houses had RCC roofs, 1 houses had roof of woods while 2 houses were reported having roof of mud. out of 4,129 households in Sani Bheri Rural Municipality, 1,222 houses reported of having no any facility in their household while 2,835 households reported of using at least one facility. Economic Census
According to 2018 Economic Census, there are total 420 establishments in Sani Bheri Rural Municipality that are involved in various economic activities. In those establishments, total 1,018 persons are engaged for the economic activities, as a self-employed or an employee, with total male engagement of 635 and female engagement of 383 persons.In every business, there were an average of 2.42 people engaged with average males are 1.51 and females are 0.91. The ratio of male to female engagement in the establishments are 1.66, which means as many as 1.66 males are enagement in the economic activities per female.
Similarly, the engagement of males were 62.38 percent while the females are 37.62 percent.
