Madhyanepal is a Municipality, which is located in Lamjung district, Gandaki Province of Nepal. Madhyanepal has total 10 wards, which are scattered across 114 square kilometers of geographical area. According to 2011 Census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Madhyanepal Municipality had total population of 23,385.

As per 2011 population census, Madhyanepal Municipality had total 23,385 population with 10,469 males and 12,916 females. Out of total wards, ward number 6 had the largest population 4,059, while ward number 5 had least number of population with 4,059.

There were only 16,248 people fully literate in Madhyanepal Municipality as of 2011 who were able to both read and write, while 478 people were able to read but not write. Out of total 6,795 population between the age of 5 and 25 as of 2011 in Madhyanepal Municipality, total 3,430 males and 3,365 females were attending the school. Out of total 5888 households in Madhyanepal Municipality, there were 4,825 houses that were founded on mud bonded while 381 houses were cement bonded. Same as, 423 households were reported of being founded on RCC piller, 233houses were founded on wood.
With respect to wall of the houses, 4,704 houses were mud bonded, 909 houses were cement bonded, 109 houses were wood planks bonded, 132 houses were bamboo bonded and 3 houses had unbaked bricks on their outer walls.Rest of the houses were reported of having other types of outer wall, while some of them reported nothing of having the outer wall bonding.

The ratio of male to female engagement in the establishments are 1.25, which means as many as 1.25 males are enagement in the economic activities per female.
