Dudhauli is a Municipality, which is located in Sindhuli district, Province No. 3 of Nepal. Dudhauli has total 14 wards, which are scattered across 390 square kilometers of geographical area. According to 2011 Census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Dudhauli Municipality had total population of 65,302.
Wardwise Population and Households
As per 2011 population census, Dudhauli Municipality had total 65,302 population with 31,004 males and 34,298 females. Out of total wards, ward number 11 had the largest population 6,563, while ward number 8 had least number of population with 6,563.
With respect to number of households, Dudhauli Municipality had total 13,164 households. The ward number 11 had most households with total 1,349, while ward number 8 had least number of households with total 681 number of households.

There were only 34,065 people fully literate in Dudhauli Municipality as of 2011 who were able to both read and write, while 1,949 people were able to read but not write. In percentage while compared to genderwise population, there were inf percent of male were literate, while the percentage of female literacy was inf only.The literacy ratio between male and female population was nan.
Out of total 20,004 population between the age of 5 and 25 as of 2011 in Dudhauli Municipality, total 10,116 males and 9,888 females were attending the school. Same as, out of total 8,628 population of the same age group who were not attending the school, total 3,475 male and 5,153 female were not attending teh school. Population by Language Spoken
Mostly spoken language in Dudhauli is Nepali, which is spoken by 30,115 people. The Dudhauli has people who speak other languages, such as Danuwar, Tamang, Magar, Maithili, Sunuwar, Newar, Majhi, Rai, Thami, Gurung, Tharu, Urdu, Bhojpuri, Sign Language, Doteli, etc.

There were as little as Badi caste with population of as little as 14 in total. Out of total 13164 households in Dudhauli Municipality, there were 1,615 houses that were founded on mud bonded while 180 houses were cement bonded. Same as, 46 households were reported of being founded on RCC piller, 11,207houses were founded on wood.
With respect to wall of the houses, 3,838 houses were mud bonded, 720 houses were cement bonded, 1,577 houses were wood planks bonded, 6,857 houses were bamboo bonded and 4 houses had unbaked bricks on their outer walls.Rest of the houses were reported of having other types of outer wall, while some of them reported nothing of having the outer wall bonding.

out of 13,164 households in Dudhauli Municipality, 3,006 houses reported of having no any facility in their household while 9,504 households reported of using at least one facility. Economic Census
According to 2018 Economic Census, there are total 1,267 establishments in Dudhauli Municipality that are involved in various economic activities. In those establishments, total 4,823 persons are engaged for the economic activities, as a self-employed or an employee, with total male engagement of 2,728 and female engagement of 2,095 persons.In every business, there were an average of 3.81 people engaged with average males are 2.15 and females are 1.65. The ratio of male to female engagement in the establishments are 1.30, which means as many as 1.30 males are enagement in the economic activities per female.
Similarly, the engagement of males were 56.56 percent while the females are 43.44 percent.
